Position Description

Phaxis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional Home Health care services to our clients in the Somerset area.

Location: Somerset, KY

Days: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours/week

- Rotational on call requirement

RN KY or Compact Nursing License Required.

*Mileage Reimbursement: 0.49 Cents/Mile
